ASG Historic Homeowner's Grant Program
Thank you for your interest in the ASG Historic Homeowner's Grant Program.
Funds granted to the residents of historic houses are raised through sales at the Architectural Salvage Showroom on Bellemeade Street. The program was initiated in order to provide financial assistance that would encourage the faithful restoration and maintenance of private historic houses throughout Greensboro. At this time, there is no consideration for income-producing or institutional properties. All projects must adhere to strict guidelines for rehabilitation as outlined by the Secretary of Interior.
Applications must be completed in full in order to be considered and postmarked no later than the deadline for each funding cycle. Please carefully read the directions attached to the application and complete the form.
