Brick Duplex
This substantial two-story brick duplex is in good condition, but must be removed from its site to make way for new construction. The structure was constructed around 1915-1920 as a twin residence. Subsequent alterations have adaptively reused the building as office space. The rectilinear-form house features a wide front porch, diamod-pane upper window sashes, and an oversized central dormer window.
The house is in the process of being relocated to a corner lot at the intersection of West Washington and Edgeworth streets. It is available for lease and is suitable for office or commercial uses.
